A premium, hand-roasted green tea made from the stems of Sencha leaves. Carefully slow-roasted over a small fire, this tea offers a delicate aroma reminiscent of soybeans, a subtle touch of umami, and a smooth, noble finish. Crafted in small batches by tea master Masahiro Kuma, each harvest (2024–2025) offers a slightly unique taste. Winner of the 2023 Premium Tea Contest in Japan.
